Karishma has a work experience of over 18 years as an International Public Speaker, Corporate Trainer & a Behavioral Coach. She has worked across various industries which includes IT, BFSI, Fitness, Hospitality, Telecom, Pageants & Media. She started her training company in the name of Get Skilled Training Solutions in 2007 and has worked with over 500 Corporates across Industries on Behavioral programs. She has been coaching and training individuals and groups in Asia, Middle East, Western Africa and Canada. She won Mrs India in 2017 and represented India internationally in 2018. She also runs Get Crowned Pageant Coaching academy.
